RÖDER Production Halls – Sophisticated Systems for Economical Use
Industrial and service companies need functional, flexible and economical logistics and production halls that can be adapted to their specific requirements.
With its industrial hall division, the RÖDER Group specializes in the sectors of trade, logistics, production, agriculture and construction.
From industrial tents to fully insulated and air-conditioned lightweight halls for wide-ranging applications, RÖDER halls offer spans of up to 40 m, side heights of up to 8.2 m, wind loads of up to 140 km/h, and snow loads of up to 3.0 kN/m². Due to their modular design, they are engineered to be extended and/or dismantled at any time. On request, customized tent-constructions with spans up to 60m and side heights up to 12 m can also be realized.
The extensive RÖDER equipment portfolio enables the halls to be completed with roof and wall cladding of all kinds, door and loading technology, glass facades and light bands, smoke heat extraction and ventilation systems.
Thanks to its innovative design, the double-walled RÖDER thermal roof tarpaulin achieves the same U-values as a 40 mm thick sandwich panel at only a quarter of the weight, making for swifter installation. Its translucent construction offers ideal daylight working conditions - and energy savings - whilst ensuring the most up-to-date building legislation is met.
Through flexible anchoring options, RÖDER constructions provide safe and economical use at almost any location and ensure attractive cost savings compared to conventional construction.
