Between 17 and 20 April 2025, Macau was the venue for a high-profile sporting event organised by Volvo Sports, attracting participants, partners and guests from all over the world. The focus was on a high-quality hospitality concept, implemented using S-TENT and C-TENT systems from RÖDER.
The organiser relied on RÖDER's technical expertise, flexibility and precision to bring the project to life. The result: an impressive multi-level tent landscape – erected on schedule in just six weeks (1 March to 17 April 2025).
Products and structures used
The space concept consisted of various types of tents, including:
- Double-deck tent 20 × 35 m
- BT tents with heights up to 5.3 m (BT20, HL3 to HL5)
- Pagoda and copula elements for variable areas of use
- WT10/WT6 pavilions for reception and service areas
This tent landscape offered:
- VIP boxes with views of the sports field
- Press and media rooms with soundproofing
- Sponsor villages and exhibitor areas
- Catering and lounge areas in the air-conditioned interior
The combination of high functionality and aesthetic appearance underlines how RÖDER turns temporary architecture into a brand stage.
