Fast Availability of a Warehouse
A lightweight hall with a total area of over 2,500 square metres was built for a well-known manufacturer of high-quality steel products.
Very good thermal insulation
The ISO façade solution has 80 mm thick insulating panels for excellent thermal insulation, includes seven doors with a high-speed door for high-traffic areas and is designed to withstand a snow load of 1.31 kN/m², with ground anchors providing stability.
More space
The structure extends over a length of 100 metres and, with a side hight of 6,2 metres, offers plenty of protection and space. A five metre long canopy provides adequate protection from the weather when unloading goods. To ensure optimum conditions even in changing weather conditions, the roof is fitted with a single-skin tarpaulin, which is supplemented by a roof underlay. This configuration contributes significantly to minimising condensation, which makes it easier to store sensitive materials.
ISO facade solution
The outer walls of the structure are clad with highly insulating 80 mm thick insulated panels, which ensure excellent thermal insulation and thus contribute to energy savings. This is particularly advantageous in regions with strong temperature fluctuations.
A total of seven doors are installed for access and operation, including a high-speed door that enables efficient movement sequences. This door was specially developed for frequent opening and closing operations and is therefore ideal for high-traffic areas.
Snow load: construction designed for a ground snow load of 1.31 kN/m².
Anchoring is carried out in accordance with static specifications using ground anchors.

You know our H-Line series?
The thermal insulation not only creates a pleasant indoor climate. No, it also ensures a significant reduction in annual energy consumption. With the solid roof covering and the insulated facade, the university saves on heating costs, especially in the winder months.
This makes the H-Line series with an energy-efficient update kit a very good alternative to solid construction. The advantages of a lightweight hall are undisputed: the short construction time, the greater flexibility and lower costs an reusable materials.
